Each day offers optional hours on the mat: yoga asana in the morning; Yin yoga and Nidra most evenings. Class themes explore the concepts of yogic embodiment and energy: Rajas (activity/restlessness); Tamas (inertia/darkness); and Satva (equilibrium/harmony). Optional workshops take you deeper. This immersion qualifies for 20 yoga alliance continuing education units.
